Returns and Refunds Policy
We're confident you'll love your gear and won't want to return them. However if you feel it's just not for you, all of our products are backed by a 30-day free return period. Details below:
- You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it.
- No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number - see below.
- Only items purchased directly from Sensel can be returned to Sensel. Sensel products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
- You are responsible for the shipping costs of sending the products back to us. For customers in Europe, you can ship returns to our warehouse in Rotterdam.
- We do not accept returns on software purchases. If you purchased a Morph plus software bundle, and choose to return it, we will only refund the value of the Morph hardware portion of the bundle.
If you wish to start a return process:
- Email email@example.com or submit a support ticket here. Include the email address you used to place your order or your order number.
- We will respond with an RMA number and instructions for how to complete your return.
- You will have two weeks to ship your return after receiving your RMA number. If it has not shipped within two weeks, and your 30 day return window is over, we will not accept or refund the return.
Please note, we do not refund shipping costs.
